At Wisco Lids, we proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our hats and engraved patches. If you are not satisfied with how your product turned out, or if there is a manufacturing defect or other product malfunction, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
We offer replacement, repair, or refund options at our discretion to ensure your satisfaction.

 

Limited Warranty

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Malfunctions in engraving or patch application

  • Reasonable dissatisfaction with product execution

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

  • Changes in personal preference outside the scope of reasonable dissatisfaction
     

Limitation of Liability

While we stand behind our products, Wisco Lids is not liable for:

  • Personal injuries, allergic reactions, or any other physical, mental, or emotional experiences resulting from the use of our products

  • Interpretations, assumptions, or actions taken based on any messaging or symbolism associated with our products

  • Any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the use of our website or any third-party links or information presented on it

Use of our products and website is at your own risk. We provide all products and content "as is" without any express or implied warranties beyond those stated above.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, patches, logos, and images on our products and website are owned by Wisco Lids or used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, or otherwise exploit any content without our written consent.

To initiate a return or exchange based on the warranty terms above, please contact us at info@wiscobaggin.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Return shipping costs may apply depending on the situation.
 

Governing Law & Changes to Terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Winnebago County, Wisconsin. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted to our website with the effective date updated accordingly. Continued use of our services means you accept any new terms.
